Project Manager

Anusha Verma

Anusha holds a strong academic foundation in Business Administration and brings several years of hands-on experience across HR operations, recruitment, training coordination, documentation, and cross-functional team management in both social and corporate sectors. She has led end-to-end coordination of internship programs, volunteer engagement, partner communication, and internal process development, ensuring smooth execution of programs and consistent team alignment. With a structured and solution-oriented working style, she strengthens Sarvam’s internal systems. Driven by a deep commitment to social impact, she believes sustainable change emerges when strong systems, empowered people, and consistent support come together.

Head of Bharatanatyam Dance

Mridula Nambiar

Mridula Nambiar is a performing Bharatnatyam artiste and also a member of the faculty of Ganesa Natyalaya and Sarvam Foundation. She is a student of Guru Dr. Saroja Vaidyanathan in New Delhi. She hails from a South Indian household who recognized her interest in the art form and motivated her to further pursue it. She started her training at the age of 8 years and still believes in nurturing and attaining more knowledge in the field and she was fortunate enough to be under the wings of Guru Saroja Vaidyanathan who further motivates her. She was also awarded the title Kalashree from her Guru in 2015 and was awarded Kameshwari Nritya saman in 2018 from a school in Guwahati Academically she is a sociology (Hons) graduate from Jesus and Mary College, Delhi University, and her Master in social work from IGNOU. She also holds her Junior and senior Diploma in Bharatanatyam from Prayag Sangeet Samiti, Allahabad. After her Arengetram in the year 2015 under her guru Dr. Saroja Vaidyanathan, she has been actively performing all over India and Abroad.

Drishtikon Dance Foundation

Aditi Mangaldas Dance Company, the Drishtikon Dance Foundation is an internationally renowned dance company that has been established with a vision to look at tradition with a modern mind, to explore the past to create a new, imaginative future. The dance company aims to achieve excellence and virtuosity in the rich classical Indian dance form of kathak, as well as encourage the spirit of innovation. In doing so, we seek to challenge established norms and develop the courage to dance our own dance, while at the same time being informed about the heritage, cultures, influences, and language of other dance styles and forms, viewpoints, and ideas.

Kathak Teacher at Delhi & Gurgaon

Sunny Shishodiya

Sunny Shishodiya began training in Kathak at a tender age under the tutelage of his grandfather, Lt. Ghanshyam Shishodiya followed by rigorous training under the guidance of legendary Pt. Birju Maharaj. Sunny is currently working as a senior dancer in the Aditi Mangaldas Dance Company - Drishtikon Dance Foundation. As an integral part of Drishtikon, Sunny has had the opportunity to perform at leading International festivals such as the Dance Umbrella Festival (London), Perth International Arts Festival (Australia), Abu Dhabi Classic Series, and many other prestigious festivals around the world. He is also the recipient of the Smt. Krishna Hangal Memorial National Award. For Sunny, Kathak is an ongoing journey. He is a promising torch bearer of the Lucknow gharana.

Yoga Trainer at Gurgaon

Neha

Neha, a certified Yoga Teacher with a passion for empowering others, brings over 5 years of experience to her practice of advanced Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa. She holds a Master's degree in Yoga from Tattva Yogshala Ramjhula Rishikesh, India. She has solidified in 200 YTTC from Tattva Yogshala Rishikesh. She specializes in asanas (postures), Pranayama (breathing techniques), and incorporates the Ayurvedic principles of Panchakarma to create a holistic approach to well-being. She excels at creating personalized exercise programs, expertly correcting postures, and leading engaging group classes for all experience levels. Fluent in both English and Hindi, she fosters a welcoming and inclusive learning environment. Beyond her qualifications, Neha's dedication is evident in her ongoing participation in workshops, constantly seeking new ways to enhance her teaching and student experiences.

Bharatnatyam Trainer at Delhi

Soumya Nandal

Soumya began dancing at the age of 7, first exploring contemporary dance before dedicating herself to Bharatanatyam. For over 14 years, she honed her skills under Guru Dr. Saroja Vaidyanathan and Smt. Rama Vaidyanathan. As a senior performer with the Ganesa Natyalaya troupe, Soumya has graced stages across India, including the Republic Day Parade'23 and a music album. She has even choreographed college productions and secured awards at national level competitions. She has completed her B.A in Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College (DU). She further deepened her artistic foundation with a Visharad (degree) in Bharatanatyam from Khairagarh University. Passionate about sharing her knowledge, Soumya finds immense joy in teaching and thrives on the enthusiastic energy of the students at Sarvam, fostering a continuous learning environment for both teacher and student.

Shampa Mukherjee

As an experienced PYP-trained facilitator with over 20 years of expertise in both CBSE and IB settings, she specialize in fostering essential skills—learning, literacy, and life skills—that empower students to thrive in today’s fast-paced world. A trained storyteller and puppeteer, I integrate creative, play- based educational tools to enhance learning experiences. As a subject matter expert, I also deliver comprehensive training on the key features of NEP 2020 and its transformative impact on education, focusing on strategies to make learning engaging and effective for students. My approach blends academic rigor with innovative, student-centered methodologies.

She began her professional journey after completing her matriculation. She has been associated with Conduent for the past 20 years, working as a Transaction Processor. Her journey with Sarvam Foundation has been smooth and fulfilling. Her strong organisational and planning abilities, administrative and supervisory skills, creativity, effective communication, team spirit, and service-oriented mindset have helped her stay deeply connected with organisation. Her long-held dream of becoming a social worker and contributing to a meaningful cause has found fulfilment through Sarvam, for which she remains truly grateful.

She was born and brought up in a remote village of Karnataka in a hardworking and religious family. She completed her matriculation with great difficulty. Without losing hope, she has lived many years with courage and enthusiasm. She has learnt many sacred mantras and is experienced in homa-related work. In 2024, she got an opportunity to join SARVAM, where she was able to devote her time and energy. Being surrounded by kind-hearted people came as a blessing in her life. Currently, she teaches mantras to students and supports administrative and organising activities to the best of her ability.

A trained engineer turned Edu-entrepreneur, she brings analytical thinking and creative flair to every session. As the founder of YuktiGuru, she blends creativity and practicality to design impactful skills development programs that spark confidence, clarity, and connection. Her experiential training methodology in spoken English empowers learners to express themselves clearly and confidently in real-world situations which opens doors to academic success, career growth, and meaningful cross-cultural connections.

Kavitha

She is a certified Yoga Instructor with over 10 years of teaching experience, including 9 years at Elite Public School, Laggere, Bengaluru. Trained in Hatha Yoga, she brings a disciplined and compassionate approach to working with children and young learners. At Sarvam Foundation’s Bengaluru chapter, Kavitha supports the Shaktis’ physical well-being, confidence, and emotional balance through structured and mindful practice. Her teaching emphasises posture, breath awareness, and consistency as tools for everyday strength. She is a recipient of the Yoga Ratna Award from Patanjali Yoga Kendra, Bengaluru, and continues to practise and teach yoga as a way of life.

Kannada Folk & Theatre at Bengaluru

Suryakumari

She is a freelance professional theatre actress, teacher, director, and folk dancer. She has acted in more than 35 Kannada plays and directed over 5 Kannada productions. She has also conducted more than 5 theatre workshops for children and young adults. With over 5 years of experience, she has a proven track record of delivering consistent results in theatre education and performance. She has participated in a filmmaking workshop conducted by the Karnataka Film Academy. In addition to her artistic work, she is an active organiser with strong Kannada writing and speaking skills. She is known for her gentle yet effective approach to handling challenges, along with strong team leadership abilities. She has been associated with and collaborated with eminent theatre personalities such as Suresh Anagalli, B. Suresh, H. Dwarakanath, Jagadish Manevarte, Santosh Kusanur, Anju Singh, K.V. Nagaraj Murthy, K. Rama Krishnaiah, V.M. Manjunath, G.K. Govind Rao, Vishweshwari Hiremat, Geeta Siddhi, Achyut Kumar, and Channa Keshava G.
