Yoga At Sarvam Shakti
We provide free Hatha Yoga classes to underprivileged girls aged 8 to 16. Along with this, we give them opportunities to participate in rhythmic Yoga performances at both National and International levels. To support their overall growth, we also offer Social Emotional Learning classes, helping them build important values and life skills. Our curriculum includes training in the first five limbs of Yoga Philosophy, teaching them the wisdom and techniques of this ancient practice.

Our girls from marginalized backgrounds often face many life challenges. Through Yoga, they learn to develop a positive mindset, find ways to cope with difficulties, and build the inner strength they need to overcome obstacles.
