From Opportunity to LSR: The Journey of a Shakti

When a girl is given an opportunity, she can rewrite the story of an entire generation!

Meet Khushi Kumari a Shakti who has turned courage, hard work, and opportunity into a remarkable journey. From being the daughter of daily wage labourers in Dhaubaliya, Bihar, to becoming the first girl in her village to reach this far, Khushi has shown what becomes possible when talent is given a chance to grow.

Her journey was never easy, When her mother fell ill, Khushi stepped up to support her family while continuing her studies, attending Sarvam Shakti classes, and preparing for her Board examinations. And despite carrying responsibilities far beyond her years, she achieved an outstanding 91.6% in her Class XII Boards, topping Commerce at her school.

But Khushi's story does not end with marks. She found confidence through dance, yoga, and Bharatanatyam, represented her school and Sarvam at national showcases, and continued to grow into a young woman who could balance education, family, discipline, and her passions.

Today, we have an even bigger reason to celebrate!

Khushi is now a student at Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi.

From the lanes of Dhaubaliya to one of Delhi's most respected colleges, her journey is a powerful reminder of what opportunity can do. Opportunity opens the door, courage makes you walk through it and hard work takes you further.
